My room was sumptuous and the staff very attentive, I highly recommend!
The property itself is amazing with beatiful swimming pool. Its very quiet and isolated fron the noise of Jaipur. Rooms make you feel like a real Maharaja :) hotel staff most polite and helpful. Owners make you feel personally very welcome. Saturday pool parties are a must go! Excellent value for money. If you go to Jaipur, that's the best place to stay. Even we had do pay twice a much, it would still be our first choice.
Naila Bagh Palace is a truly wonderful experience. The staff are so friendly and nothing is an issue. We really loved staying here, and it represents incredible value for money. If I was going to Jaipur again, I would definitely stay at Naila Bagh.
Real gem of a hotel, absolutely beautiful. Spacious, spotless rooms with original features and a stunning pool and gardens to boot. Pretty central too and highly recommended. We were convinced we'd got the price wrong the whole stay as it feels much like the 5 star, ten times the price, palaces we'd also stayed in.
Very helpful staff
They did not clean the room before they check in so dusty on the floor. Towel is very smelly and there are a lot of mosquitoes.
The ambiance of the hotel is amazing, Naila Bagh is in the house of a former prime-minister and its architecture is truly impressive, from the walls to the furniture. The rooms are spacious and you feel like you're in the colonial India. If the hotel is not very crowded, you will most likely get a free upgrade to a better room.
It's typical Indian, meaning bugs, lack of cleaning and the aspect of old and not refurbished in ages
An absolut fantastic exprience in a hotel of a different kind. Still in family ownership, the palace has saved its 150 year old mood in a skillfull way. A really unbeatable service (especially as n o t always perfect) made the stay the best experience of our Rajasthan tour. People which like old buildings and the special feelings related to that will love it! Perfect clean and wonderfull swimming pool and a garden made for in-town relexaing make the picture complete.
The room (deluxe room #311) is extremely big and clean... Nice environment and we have great and comfortable sleep. Nice swimming pool & breakfast buffet. Amazing services and helpful staff, when check- out, we are amazedly how much they care about customer feedback :) a true valuable stay! Its not in those main busy street or buz area, so you could enjoy your quiet stay. Recommended! [We ended up the trip by a chaos about train in the midnight, Madam Naila and the staff gave us great help to settle us back in the hotel and make me feel very peace and safe]
If one thing to improve, the Internet can be accessed in the room...well it's just minor thing :) could be good that you don't have that in the room so that you could have true relax =)
The rooms are like magic, the rest nothing to add.
Food in hotel is poor compared with other restaurants.
The hotel is very grand and you really do feel like you are staying somewhere special. It's authenticity is charming as are the staff. There are some wonderful features of the rooms and the hotel as a whole. The staff are very helpful and lovely.
The lack of upkeep detracts from it's overall beauty. The swimming pool left a lot to be desired as well.
Old world charm.staff well behaved and responsive.food good and wholesome.ante room was wonderful
Entry was not good.amenities were minimalist
We were really impressed by this hertiage hotel owned by a local family of royal descent. The former Prime Minister owned this Hotel, every room is styled a unique and traditional way, every piece of furniture has its own history. The owners made us feel like beeing private guests. Free internet access is provided by wifi or upon request an free "guest laptop" nicely arranged on the veranda. There is a big contrast between the streets of jaipur and this incredibly calm property. We got upgraded from the lowest room category to the highest, for booking via Booked.net. Local musicians from rajastan welcome each guest with some autochtone songs on arrival, even if you just return from a citytrip. If you want to get an idea how it feels beeing treated like a king , try this hotel. very affordable and highly recommended. Nice pool, handmade, 150 years old and in perfect shape, a true beauty. Excellent freshly cooked food, served at almost all day and nighttimes wherever you want (room, pool, veranda...). Even cooking lessons are available.
Staff was very friendly and always ready to serve. Heritage Hotel was in original state and looked gorgeous. Room was spacious. There was all day live folklore music. Nice swimmingpool. Nice and quiet outdoor hotel property
The swimmingpool was not available all day. The music was a bit too much after a couple of days
Huge and beautifully decorated room (we were upgraded for free), Pool and communal areas lovely.
Restaurant area wasn't very nice & menu wasn't the best (though the food, when it did arrive) was good. Hotel isn't very handy to the tourist sights (though they are easily accessible via taxi)
Authentic atmosphere, friendly staff, historical significance.
Strong odor of presumably mosquito repellant in rooms.
